How Does It Work?

As a DevStudioAl affiliate, you become part of our extended network. When you refer a client who engages our services, you earn a commission. Here's how it works:

Apply for our affiliate program and await approval from our team (typically 1–2 business days)
Once approved, access your unique referral link from your affiliate dashboard
Share your link with your network, on your website, blog, or social media
When someone uses your link and becomes a paying client, our team verifies the referral and sets your commission
Track your referrals, clicks, and earnings in real time through your affiliate dashboard

Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the referred project's value and are set by our team upon verification. The standard commission rate is:

Standard Rate: 10% of the referred project value, up to a maximum of $200 per referral
Variable Rate: In some cases, our team may offer a higher commission rate for high-value or strategic referrals — this will be communicated to you in writing before the referral is confirmed
No Cap on Referrals: There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make — the more successful referrals you bring, the more you earn

Commission amounts are confirmed by our team and will appear as pending in your dashboard until the referred project reaches a verified payment milestone. All commission values are displayed in USD.

How Will I Know If I Made a Referral?

Our system tracks referrals automatically via your unique referral link. You will receive:

An email notification when someone submits an enquiry through your referral link
A dashboard update when our team verifies and approves the referral commission
Real-time tracking of clicks, referrals, pending commissions, and available balance in your dashboard

Referral Tracking

When someone clicks your referral link (e.g. devstudioal.com/?ref=YOURCODE), the referral code is captured and associated with any enquiry submitted during that visit:

Tracking Method: URL parameter — the referral code is read when the visitor lands on the site
Click Tracking: Every click on your referral link is recorded, including the date, page URL, and device type
If a visitor navigates away and returns without your link, they may not be tracked to your account — we recommend sharing direct links rather than relying on return visits

Payout Details

Payouts are processed manually by our team. There is no automatic payment schedule — you request a payout from your dashboard when your balance is ready, and our team processes it within 3–5 business days.

Payment Methods: Bank Transfer (IBAN/SWIFT), Western Union, or MoneyGram — your choice, set in your dashboard before requesting a payout
Minimum Payout: $50 — you must have at least $50 in available (approved) balance to submit a payout request
How to Request: Log in to your affiliate dashboard, go to the Payout tab, enter your desired amount, and click "Request Payout." You will receive a confirmation email once submitted.
Processing Time: 3–5 business days from the time your request is reviewed and approved by our team
Payout Details Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring your bank, Western Union, or MoneyGram details are correct. DevStudioAl is not liable for payouts sent to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.

Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred client requests and receives a full or partial refund after a commission has been approved, the corresponding commission will be reversed from your balance. Where a commission has already been paid out, the amount may be deducted from a future payout. DevStudioAl reserves the right to hold pending payouts while a refund dispute is in progress.

Tax Obligations

Affiliate commissions constitute income and may be subject to tax in your country of residence. DevStudioAl does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for declaring affiliate income to the relevant tax authorities in your jurisdiction and complying with all applicable tax laws. We recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor if you are unsure of your obligations.

Eligibility Requirements

To become a DevStudioAl affiliate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid bank account, Western Union, or MoneyGram account for receiving payments
Agree to and comply with these affiliate terms and conditions
Not engage in any prohibited promotional methods listed below

Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following promotional methods are strictly not allowed:

Spam emails or unsolicited bulk messaging
False or misleading claims about DevStudioAl's services, pricing, or results
Bidding on DevStudioAl branded keywords in paid advertising (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
Any fraudulent tracking methods, including self-referrals
Impersonating DevStudioAl or creating fake reviews or testimonials
Promoting on websites with illegal, adult, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive content
Spamming affiliate links in irrelevant discussions, forums, or comment sections

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Program Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

You must immediately remove all DevStudioAl affiliate links and promotional materials
Any verified and approved commissions above the $50 minimum threshold will still be paid out upon your final payout request
No further commissions will be earned after the termination date
If termination is due to a violation of these terms, DevStudioAl reserves the right to forfeit any unpaid commissions
